Development PM contract Full Time

M9 Solutions is seeking a Development PM to work remotely on a government contract for a client located in Arlington, VA. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers, business analysts, and scrum masters to help design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system, or for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
- Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.
- Provide weekly reports and communication plans to ensure project objectives are being reported and communicated across all levels of the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance. An active Public Trust level clearance is strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience working with specified software language as a developer.
- 3+ years of experience using Rational Team Concert or equivalent toolset.
- Demonstrated Control-M experience (for ETL developers).
- Hands-on Greenplum or similar database experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals.
- Experience with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
Full-Time Employee Compensation
- M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Salary Range
$60,000—$180,000 USD
