D&IT Business Solutions Analyst
Role Overview:
Join our Digital and Information Technology Team to enhance and support business applications, streamline operations, and drive efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements, implement centralized systems, and optimize technology use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capability Management: Identify and enhance solutions that align with business needs. Work with global teams to develop and deploy new capabilities.
- System Rollouts: Plan, execute, and support the rollout of centralized systems. Collaborate with other regions to ensure smooth implementation.
- Innovation & Digital Tools: Leverage low-code platforms, APIs, and automation to improve workflows. Stay updated on emerging tech to enhance business processes.
- Service Delivery & Security: Ensure system stability, compliance, and efficient issue resolution. Provide training and support to maximize technology use.
- Governance & Cost Optimization: Manage budgets, drive cost-saving initiatives, and enforce IT standards. Align with corporate application standards to optimize resources.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Degree in Computer/Technical Science or equivalent IT background.
- Experience: 4+ years in IT/business solutions, preferably in FMCG, telco, or e-commerce.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Technical Skills:
•Experience in at least 2 of the following new technology trends:
*Microsoft Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies
*SAAS and in house built applications (public facing applications)
*Online Sales, Loyalty and payment systems
*Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)

Business requirements analysis
Exposure to solutions design and architecture (business applications and IT infrastructure) including, but not limited to, interface design, capacity planning and scalability
- Project implementation and administration support
- Exposure to supplier management
