Floor Supervisor Full Time
We are urgently looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow on the floor.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide staff to maintain productivity and quality
Monitor floor activities, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Enforce safety and cleanliness standards
Train new employees and provide ongoing support to the team
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
