Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Hostess to join our team. The Hostess will greet guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure they have a positive dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
– Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
– Escort guests to their tables and present menus
– Take reservations and manage the seating chart
– Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
– Address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Hostess or similar role
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Well-groomed and presentable appearance
– High school diploma or equivalent required
