Guest Check-In and Check-Out:

Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Verify guest identification and payment methods upon arrival and departure.
Reservations Management:

Process room bookings and cancellations through various systems (online, phone, walk-ins).
Maintain an accurate record of room availability and rates.
Customer Service:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
Communication:

Serve as the main point of communication between guests and hotel staff, relaying special requests and pertinent information.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Billing and Payments:

Process payments, issue folios, and provide receipts to guests upon check-out.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
