Front Desk Agent – Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach Rotana

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Office – Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will handle all front office duties with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibility:
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
– Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
– Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Candidate Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Customer service-oriented mindset
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
