Front Desk Agent – Russian Speaker – Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach Rotana

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who is fluent in Russian to handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs at our establishment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

Job Responsibility:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
– Check guests in and out of their rooms efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel facilities and services
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:
– Fluency in Russian and English is required
– Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of hotel booking systems and basic computer skills
