Job Overview:

3. Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
4. Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
5. Handle guest complaints and provide solutions promptly.
6. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
5. Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
