We are looking for a Fresh Front Office Assistant to join our hotel in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to start their career in hospitality and provide outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain an organized and clean front desk area
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled
Process payments, manage billing, and handle guest accounts accurately

Requirements:
Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
