We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in our newly refurbished Delta Hotels in Bristol. _Main Duties-_
+ Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role.
+ To assist with the HR duties of the department including recruitment, performance reviews and training.
+ To help achieve and exceed the overall financial goal and objectives
+ To maintain guest satisfaction scores and ensure compliance of brand standard throughout the operations
+ Ensure the correct procedures for stock and cash handling are being maintained
+ To ensure full compliance with health and safety across the hotel.
+ Empower hosts to provide excellent customer service and understand expectations
+ Ensure the development of supervisors and hosts in order to promote in the future.
_What do you need to apply?_
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry as a supervisor or a manager.
It is desirable to have experience within hospitality but not essential. The ideal candidate will be; well presented, have excellent customer service skills and be flexible to work all shift patterns.
