We are looking for an engaging and driven Bartender to join our team at the London EDITION.

As Bartender you will:
+ Gain an in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, speciality drinks and food menu
+ Take pride in preparing orders at the highest quality level
+ Engage with guests, get to know our regulars and learn to anticipate their needs
+ Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
+ Works with the kitchen and F&B teams
+ Use initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests a unique experience
Our most successful Bartender has:
+ A passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skill set and knowledge
+ Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant environment
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Excellent service skills
+ Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests
+ Flexibility to support the team across the restaurant
+ A team player approach
This role is hands-on and requires flexibility with working hours and the ability to work weekends and nights
