What we’re looking for
+ Great teamwork, delegation skills and attention to detail
+ Extensive experience in a similar sized fast pace Hotel
+ Proficiency in all Health and Food Safety aspects related to the discipline
+ In depth knowledge of ingredient sourcing, cost controlling, inventory and budgeting using the appropriate tools, along with purchasing and inventory systems
+ Strong leadership in maintaining a positive workplace culture
+ Sustainability orientated, with substantial success in practices implemented
+ Strong collaborative and supporting attitude towards other disciplines
