Greet clients and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately with a positive, helpful attitude.
– Assisting clients in finding their way around the gym
– Helping maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs.
– Preparing meeting and training rooms.
– Assist in preparing coffee, tea or water to visitors
– Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
– Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
– Sorting and distributing deliveries and courier mails
