HOTEL RECEPTIONIST Full Time
We are looking for a pleasant Hotel Receptionist that serves as the primary point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service while managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs. This role ensures smooth front desk operations and contributes to a welcoming hotel experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out processes.
Handle room bookings and update reservation systems.
Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Process payments and manage billing tasks.
