Hotel Receptionist Required
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. If you have excellent customer service skills, a welcoming attitude, and can handle front-desk tasks efficiently, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly
Manage reservations and room assignments
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Process payments and handle billing
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or a front-desk role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office
Professional appearance and positive attitude
