HR Officer Full Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Officer to join our HR team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll processing and leave management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Assist with performance appraisals, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Prepare HR reports and provide insights for process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
