Human Resource Assistant Full Time

We are looking for an Human Resource Assistant to help organize and manage the day-to-day operations of a company.
Assisting in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
Providing written and administrative support to HR managers
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Preparing documents and preparing reports related to employee activities (recruitment, hiring, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and taking minutes
Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
Help prepare payroll by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, vacations, etc.)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Dealing properly with complaints and grievance procedures
