Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
– Assisting with recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates
– Coordinating employee training and development programs
– Handling employee relations matters and ensuring a positive work environment
– Administering HR policies and procedures
– Maintaining employee records and generating HR reports
– Participating in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
– Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite
