Job Title: Human Resources Specialist (Tamheer) .

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialists (Tamheer) to join our HR team in Riyadh. These training opportunities focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions, providing hands-on experience in both areas. Successful candidates will gain valuable exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, contributing to the overall HR strategy and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and assessing qualifications based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with HRBP teams to support HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and workforce planning.
• Assist in aligning HR best practices with business objectives by working closely with department leaders.
• Participate in strategic HR projects that enhance talent management and organizational development efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• Saudi National.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Not registered in GOSI for a minimum period of Six months.
• Must be eligible for the Tamheer program by obtaining acceptance from TAQAT/Hadaf.
• Must not have been previously registered under the Tamheer program.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong academic background.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
