LOGISTIC ASSOCIATE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics Associate in Tetuan, Morocco, to report to the Manufacturing Services Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As the Logistics Associate, you will be fully responsible for logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain deliveries.

As a Logistics Associate, you will manage all inbound and outbound deliveries of leaf, non-tobacco materials, spare parts, finished goods, and machinery. Your responsibilities include coordinating documentation and communicate daily operations with suppliers, agencies, and customers, while promptly addressing delivery issues.

You will organize shipments based on requested delivery dates and ensure timely Moroccan customs clearance, managing the circulation of related documents and minimizing storage costs.

Additionally, you will create weekly and daily delivery plans, maintain compliance with customs regulations, and prepare monthly freight and clearance cost data for Outlook & Annual Strategic Plan studies & cycles. Collaboration with Finance and Accounting will be crucial for timely invoice handling and ensuring all logistics invoices are settled.

EDUCATION

University (Masters) Degree in industrial Engineering, Logistics or Business Administration.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years experience in a logistics role or supply chain position (FMCG sector is a plus).

SKILLS

• Excellent English, French, and Arabic.
• Excellent MS Office tools (Excel), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong skills ownership and drive to have things done
