Position: Office Boy/Girl
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Boy/Girl to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with routine tasks, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness in office areas, including workspaces and meeting rooms.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Handle filing, sorting documents, and delivering messages within the office.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and equipment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Basic communication skills in english.
Proactive attitude and ability to multitask.
Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
Ability to handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
