Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is one of the world’s largest international humanitarian non-governmental organizations (INGO), at work in more than 40 countries and 29 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strengthen their communities. A force for humanity, IRC employees deliver lasting impact by restoring safety, dignity and hope to millions. If you’re a solutions-driven, passionate change-maker, come join us in positively impacting the lives of millions of people world-wide for a better future.
The Signpost Project is a rapidly scaling responsive information service, providing up-to-date and contextually adapted information and content to equip its clients to make critical decisions about their futures throughout the arc of a crisis.
While Signpost operates as a distinct team within IRC, it serves as the technical implementation partner for multiple humanitarian initiatives, developing and maintaining digital tools that support refugees, asylum-seekers, and other displaced populations.
As such, Signpost has identified opportunities to leverage its technology systems for other programs with similar infrastructure needs.
This PM will support two such deployments as their primary function, supporting teams providing nationwide reception services to new arrivals in the US. This includes coordinating with stakeholders to set requirements and expectations, managing training programs, documentation development, and configuring tech systems while maintaining strong communication channels with all parties involved.
This position will be responsible for developing comprehensive implementation plans, creating user-friendly documentation, and establishing effective training programs that enable successful adoption of RAI and Signpost technologies.
They will work closely with technical leads to manage deployment timelines, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and ensure project success.
The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced implementation environment, has strong technical project management skills, and excels at stakeholder management. They should also be highly organized, adaptable to changing priorities and new projects with different goals, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness is essential to effectively serve in this role. Technical Configuration, Documentation, and Training:
• Lead and execute training programs for technical tool implementations
