Project Owner Full Time

For this role specifically, we are seeking individuals to help support high-impact, civic tech within the federal government.

We are currently seeking a Project Owner to join our team! The Project Owner analyzes user needs to determine functional and nonfunctional requirements. Performs group facilitation, interviewing, and training. Assists more experienced business analysts in preparing the project deliverables and guides work of more junior analysts. Provides support by coordinating with other project teams during user acceptance testing, training and production deployment activities. Serves as Scrum Master during Agile software development projects. The Project Owner will facilitate team productivity by removing any blockers that may obstruct the pursuit of the team’s goals and by preserving flexibility and the adaptability of the team.

Client Requirements: applicants MUST BE US Citizens and able to obtain Public Trust clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• At least 7 years of experience
• Strong communication and team management skills

Nice to Have:

• Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
• SAFe certified or experience (or other scaled agile frameworks)

Salary Information
