Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, you’ll focus your experience and expertise on our core Collaborative Accounts Receivable automation platform, and its integration with our ERP Payment solutions. Your role will be to drive quality initiatives across the development lifecycle, ensuring that products meet the quality standards. You will lead and mentor the QA team, implementing test strategies, automating processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable software solutions.
You will work as part of a cross functional team, advocating for quality throughout the development process. Working alongside a diverse and global team of QA and Dev Engineers, you’ll dive into our tech stack and understand deeply how our engineering, product, implementation, and client success teams’ function. This will augment your ability to take on increasingly complex projects that support their efforts.
