Defect Identification:
Identify and analyze defects or non-conformities in products or processes.
Work with production teams to understand the root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Provide recommendations for developing or improving quality control procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with production managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate quality issues and solutions.
Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards and inspection processes.
