Position: Hotel Receptionist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
Answer and direct phone calls and handle guest requests promptly.
Maintain an organized and clean front desk area.
Handle payments and balance cash drawers accurately.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related certification is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with reservation software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
