Job Summary:
As a Recreation – Sports Versatile, you will be responsible for leading various recreational activities and sports programs to promote physical fitness and overall well-being among participants.

Job Responsibility:
– Develop and implement a variety of recreational activities and sports programs for individuals of all ages and skill levels
– Coordinate and supervise sports events, tournaments, and leagues
– Provide instruction and guidance to participants on proper techniques and rules of different sports
– Ensure the safety of all participants during activities and enforce rules and regulations as needed
– Maintain equipment and facilities used for recreational activities and sports programs
– Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements
– Collaborate with other recreation staff to create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants

Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or related field
– Previous experience in organizing and leading recreational activities and sports programs
– Certified in CPR and First Aid
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
– Knowledge of a variety of sports and recreational activities
– Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
