Regional Sales Administrative Associate

The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of reports and presentations for the Regional Sales Manager. She/he will
ensure administrative support and professional communication between the field force and other departments of the
Company.

As the Regional Sales Administrative Associate, you will:

• Monitor and manage office supplies and branch utility bills
• Prepare for various sales and company meetings and events
• Assist in travel bookings for various sales meetings
• Coordination of employee benefits and concerns with People & Culture
• Perform activities in support of the Distributor Manager
• Perform activities in support of various department such as the Field Force Development Group. People & Culture, and Marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• At least 2 years relevant experience in office administration and management
• Proficiency in MS Office – PowerPoint, advance Excel, Word
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of sales & distribution, trade marketing and market research would be an
  advantage
