Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
2. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service.
3. Maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage costs.
5. Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost revenue.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
4. Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
