We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya, to contribute to the development of VVOB’s Gender Responsive Pedagogy initiative as part of the Regional Teachers Initiative for Africa (RTIA) in different parts of Africa, starting in Kenya, Ghana and South Africa. As the Project Coordinator you contribute to this ambition and these values by coordinating a specific project to ensure impact, sustainability, relevance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
The Project Coordinator reports to the Country Programmes Manager and is part of the education department. Within a specific project you will be coordinating (no direct management) all the needed resources for the project (technical and operational), in close collaboration with the other departments at VVOB and the RTIA operational partner, Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD).
