Sales Agent Full Time

A Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services to customers. This includes identifying potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Acquisition:

Identify and pursue potential customers through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Demonstrate product or service features and explain benefits to customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and maintain customer engagement.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Develop strategies to improve sales performance and identify new market opportunities.

Market Research and Strategy:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market needs.
