Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers, promote products, and contribute to achieving sales goals while ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
Process transactions accurately at the cash register.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Replenish stock and organize displays to maximize sales.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales events.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
