We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers interested in sales and administration to kick-start their career.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and coordinating meetings
Handle customer inquiries and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team member
Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions in the company database
Coordinate between sales teams and other departments to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, contracts, and invoices
Monitor stock levels and assist in the management of product inventory
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as organizing reports and tracking key metrics
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Assist in planning and executing sales events, promotions, and campaigns
Help in identifying potential clients and following up on leads
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales processes
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
