Overview of the role
Are you an experienced Sales Manager ready for a new challenge? Al Futtaim Lexus is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our sales operations and driving success in our designated portfolio.

What you will do

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Set individual sales targets with sales team.
• Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.
• Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
• Monitor the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly & consistently.
• Liaise with supporting functionalities to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
• Evaluate performance of sales staff.
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
• Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.
• Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
• Manage & control debtor & stock days within budget days. 

Required skills to be successful

• Minimum 3 years of Sales Manager experience in the automotive 
• Experienced in managing the sales operations on a day-to-day basis
• Experienced in managing a team 
• Experience in luxury automotive sales

About the team
The role will report to the Dealer Principal. You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with both internal and external customers.

To be considered for this exciting role you should have a bachelor’s degree or similarly qualified person with minimum 3 years managerial sales experience in an automotive industry.
You must have strong communication skills, be a confident decision maker, have excellent leadership skills and be able to influence others. You will be an engaging leader with a skill for developing talent, a drive for results and a strategic thinker.
