Purpose of Role
-Ensure all departments comply to hotel’s credit policies.
-Process and issue accurate invoices to hotel clients on a timely basis.
-Process client and credit card payments on a timely basis; ensure accurate allocation on the hotel receivable ledgers.
Responsibly Description
-Be aware and abide by equal employment opportunity legislation and the hotel’s policies in regards to harassment prevention.
-Work in a safe manner and abide by occupational health and safety legislation and the hotel’s policies in regards to accident and incident reporting procedures.
