Responsibilities:
+ Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
+ Follow recipes and presentation specifications
+ Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
+ Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
+ Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
+ Restock items as needed throughout the shift
+ Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Requirements to be successful in this role:
+ Previous work experience in a hotel setting or in a similar food service role is ideal, but willing to train the right person looking to grow their career.

+ Marriott brand experience is beneficial
+ Must be available to work 4 PM-11 PM EST
+ Strong culinary skills and a passion for food

+ Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
+ Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required
