Salary Range: $75,000 – $92,000

The Operations Training Manager, Front Desk will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
+ Serve as a brand ambassador that bridges the gap between the hotel’s brand identity and the front-facing interactions with guests;
+ Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for front office staff to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience;
+ Provide training on the company’s brand values, mission, and service expectations;
+ Train front office staff on operational procedures, check-in/check-out processes, guest communication, and conflict resolution;
+ Identify opportunities for enhancing guest experience through front office interactions and coach to front office staff for continuous improvement;
+ Conduct regular audits of front office interactions to ensure adherence to training protocols and brand guidelines;
+ Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations based on guest feedback to continuously refine training content and techniques through online reputation management (ORM) and guest satisfaction;
+ Collaborate with the human resources to produce onboarding for new front office employees and ensure they receive proper training;
+ Serve a liaison with department heads to align training strategies with overall business goals;
+ Address any issues or challenges related to front office operations promptly and effectively;
+ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training and the impact on guest satisfaction;
+ Ensure compliance with all company’s policies and procedures with respect to the Front Office department, as well as all local, state, and federal laws and safety regulations;
+ Collaborate with Corporate Learning and Development on courses and training resources to address training gaps and improve operational performance and efficiency; and
+ Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Prior Experience:
Required:
3+ years of Front Office experience
Prior training/leadership experience
Preferred:
Multi-Brand Experience
Education:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, a related field or
equivalent experience
