Waiter/Waitress – Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach Rotana

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The primary responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take customer orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
3. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
7. Up-sell menu items and promote specials to customers.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
